- Your approach to classroom management is relational first.
- Have a Tier 3 or 4 teaching license, or the ability to be Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualified.
- Hold an excellent track record of work attendance.
Compensation
In order to establish equitable salary practices; the compensation package is derived from a board approved pay scale and benefits package, which includes medical, dental, life, long-term disability, and retirement benefits as well as an annual salary review and revision.
