Application

To apply for the 2024-2025 school year, download and print out the Student Application below and submit to the school office. You may also contact the school office to request an application by mail or for more information. All openings are filled by public lottery, as per Minnesota State Statute, that will be on Thursday, March 14, 2024. Waiting lists exist for most grades, openings are filled according to the waiting lists. Application deadline is Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 4:00 PM.

Send completed applications to the school office by scanning the application and emailing it to [email protected], fax to 507-384-3436, or by mailing it to the school at the address below. Applications will receive a confirmation email notifying you of receipt.  If you do not receive an email within ten school days, please call the office to confirm it has been received:
